A Sipping Success!

As the scent of freshly brewed coffee still lingers in the air, we can’t help but look back on our successful recent CGS Parent Coffee hour event from this past Wednesday and Thursday with a sense of accomplishment and gratitude. Thank you to all the parents who joined us at the school for some morning sips, snacks, and comforting chats.

One of the best aspects of our coffee hour was the genuine warmth and camaraderie that filled the room. All CGS parents from various walks of life came together. Some strangers at first, but friends by the end of our time together. Laughter, shared stories, and heartfelt conversations flowed effortlessly throughout. These candid conversations made it clear that no one is alone in in our CGS Community.

Beyond the coffee and pastries, our coffee hour offered an open space for connection and support amongst all. We saw parents finding solace in knowing they had a network of fellow parents working through similar family lifestyles. We witnessed moments of offering advice, encouragement, and even the exchange of contact information for future playdates and meet-ups!

Our CGS Coffee Hour event was not just about sipping coffee; it was about building a stronger  connection within our CGS school and community. We watched our parents walk away from this event with more than just a caffeine buzz; they left with a renewed sense of comfort and belonging amongst their fellow classroom parents and a reminder that we’re all in this journey together to make our children’s lives here at CGS the best that it can be. We look forward to the next coffee hour, knowing that the bonds formed will continue to strengthen and enrich the lives of our parents, students and whole community.
