Barefoot & Focus

Thank you very much for your Toonie Free Dress Day contributions this year. Every toonie is appreciated. CGS staff also contribute money throughout the year so they can ‘Free Dress’ (ie wear jeans) on Fridays. All together we have collected $1000. Every year, the money collected goes to a different charity. This year, Marie was made aware of a charity called Barefoot and Focus that supports elementary school aged children in Jamaica. It’s nice to know that our students can support and encourage students in other countries. Please take some time to share this news with your child so they know where their Free Dress money has gone and how much it will be appreciated. Thank you to Grade 1 mum Mona for bringing this charity to our attention.
