We were thrilled to get news from the Terry Fox Foundation that CGS ranked in the Ontario TOP TEN on the foundation’s ‘Top Fundraising Schools of 2021’ list.
The Terry Fox Foundation sends their congratulations and sincere thanks for the continued commitment and support from the CGS community. The CGS community raised a 2021 total of $16,550.00. It is such a privilege to continue to share Terry’s story of courage and determination as an example of the best we can be, not only as individuals, but also as Canadians.
Congratulations to Sara A. for her dedication, commitment and passion in coordinating all of our Terry Fox events and also to our amazing CGS staff and families for their ongoing support for cancer research. We are so excited to welcome back Lisa Garard. Many of you will remember that Lisa has been on maternity leave since early 2021. Her son turned 1 year old on March 27 and on March 28 Lisa made her official return to CGS! Lisa will be back in the classroom Monday through Wednesday’s. Welcome Back Lisa!
