Cross Country Championship

Cross Country

CGS was so excited to have our annual Cross Country Championship this week! All students in Grades 1-4 participated in the meet. The students ran in their classes, with teachers at the front and back of the group. We were lucky to have a lovely, sunny day for the meet and the students really enjoyed spending time outside. The fall leaves were gorgeous and it was the perfect time of year to be outdoors!

We love this event for the athletic aspect, but we really love it for the social and team building benefits. The students encourage each other, cheer each other on, and support each other. Our students showed wonderful sportsmanship and were very keen to support their classmates. We are so proud of all of our CGS athletes!
