Fantastic Gymnastics at CFCC

CGS students had an active start to the week at the Children’s Fitness Centres of Canada in East York. The Grade 1’s and Grade 2/3’s went on Monday morning followed by the JK and SK’s in the afternoon. Early Start had their chance on the mats on Wednesday. Students were divided up into groups of six and completed 10 minute gymnastics stations before moving on to a new activity. The activities ranged from zip lines to climbing walls, but all stations challenged strength, balance, and flexibility. The instructors and activities were amazing and, as you can see from the photos, everyone had a great time! We hope to visit CFCC again in Term 3, so stay tuned for further information. A big thank you to all the instructors at CFCC for all their hard work and encouragement.
