Global Communities Finish Off the Year
The Grade 2’s enjoyed a Global Communities celebration as one of our end-of-term wrap-up activities in Social Studies. We’ve been learning about countries around the world. Students travelled the globe. Sri Lanka, China, Tanzania, Japan, Albania, Germany, US, Mexico, Ukraine, South Africa, UK, Jamaica and the Philippines were all represented. It was a very meaningful way to end our unit.
We hope the children will continue to think about the big, wide world over their summer break!
