Learning About India in SK

A huge thank you to Naya and her mum Nina for their comprehensive and totally engaging presentation about India this week. The SK class (and several staff members) were treated to really interesting information about the geography and culture of India, including how to spell Paula and Meagan’s name in Hindi! Naya and Nina performed a traditional Indian dance, brought naan bread for the class to eat and bindis for the children who wanted to wear one. Thank you again Naya and Nina, for taking the time to share your vibrant and colourful culture with us.
