We had a very mindful and relaxing Monday this week. Mai was back for our Term 2 Yoga Day. Yoga is a great addition to the CGS physical education curriculum and the children always look forward to it. The classes are a really nice change of pace in the gym. Mai touched on stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques, all in an interactive and fun way. She used animal yoga poses to keep the Early Start and Kindergarten students engaged. We had the elephant, the butterfly, and even the frog! We’ll have one more Yoga Day with Mai in Term 3 on Monday, April 27. Namaste.
