In the fast paced world we live in, it can sometimes feel like there is no time for relaxation and slowing down. Practising yoga is a great way to help children of all ages focus on breathing, relaxation and physical exercise, which in turn enhances their overall mental and physical health.
Our Term 3 Yoga Day took place on Monday. Early Start through Grade 4 students participated. Everyone loved our Yoga Day in Term 1, so we were very happy to have Mai back again this Term for more Yoga fun.
Mai’s approach is unique to each age group and the children really enjoy the flow of her lessons. Mai teaches yoga in a fun and engaging way that keeps everyone’s attention. We’re looking forward to our Term 3 Yoga Day in April. In the meantime, stay mindful everyone and remember to breathe.
