Pancakes for The Olive Branch

The Pancake Breakfast is always huge and this year’s event was no exception. A record 174 CGS’ers came out to support The Principal’s Club and raise funds for The Olive Branch for Children. It is a sticky, noisy, full-hearted, fun morning; thank you for joining in the Valentine spirit and sharing it with us. Thank you to Marie, Liz and Michelle and the entire CGS staff for working so hard to pull off breakfast for almost 200 people! Special Valentine’s Day congrats to birthday girl Alyssa and to Kyle, for being the lucky winners of the flower raffle. Sara A, well done at the sale table; the hot chocolate and bouquets lovingly put together by Liz, Michelle and The Principal’s Club, sold out in 10 minutes flat! Total monies raised for The Olive Branch for Children…$2,249. What a lovely way to start off a long family weekend. Don, as usual, got some beautiful pictures. Enjoy!
