Santa Float Surprise

Welcome to the first Grade 4 Blog! The Grade 4’s have been tasked with providing one story per week for the rest of the school year. The correspondent of the week will be in charge of choosing their own topic, providing all the written content and making sure they have the pictures they need to support their story. Once they have their story together, they will come to the office for a visit with Kelly to post their blog. The Grade 4 Correspondents are very excited about their new responsibilities. We’re looking forward to this new perspective on our CGS Blog! Thank you to Briony for being first up with a really fun story. Enjoy!

The Grade 4’s worked on a STEM challenge this month. We created a Santa float for Marie. The materials we used were paper, tape, pompoms, pipe cleaners and many more materials. We worked as a team and each person did a very important part in this. Earlier this week, we delivered this float to Marie. When Marie saw this she couldn’t stop smiling! Then we took some pictures and Marie displayed the float on a shelf to always be remembered. Seeing Marie smile made all the Grade 4’s smile too.
