Science Takes Time

The SK’s learned that Science can take time this week. They watched with excitement as their colour theory experiment transformed over hours and days. What colours can you make using only primary colours? What are the secondary colours? They learned that checking results over time is an important part of the scientific method. They recorded their findings along the way and were fascinated to see the paper towel gradually absorb more and more colour until finally they met and formed new colours. Clara and Paula related their lesson to why the vaccine has taken time for doctors to deliver. The research scientists had to check their results over time too!
