Shana Tova from Early Start

This week in Early Start the children learned about Rosh Hashanah. To celebrate, they dipped apples in honey. Ancient Jews believed apples had healing properties and the honey signifies the hope for a ‘sweet’ new year. ‘Shana Tova’ (Happy New Year) everyone!
