Super Heroes of Protection & Health

CGS parents are welcome into our classrooms, and they always bring such joy! In Senior Kindergarten, being a parent “Mystery Reader” is a special event and the visitors from earlier this month were quite a treat!

Our super hero guests led us in cheers, demonstrated how insurance protects people like a safety shield, taught us tips to defend against illness, and helped us “save the emu” by learning of the importance of vaccinations.

Thank you “Captain Protector” and “Dr. Defender” who explained the importance of being a Super Hero of Protection & Health, and even issued Official Hero Patrol Certificates to each classmate! Every SK took home a super hero mask, their own personal pet emu with a special pen vaccinator and a super-cool glow stick.

“It was truly our pleasure to share a bit of our professional life in insurance and healthcare with the SK class and our own kids in a fun way, bringing together two seemingly disparate fields!”
