The Letter E

This week the Early Starts are already learning all about the letter E! We are exploring what sound E makes and thinking of words that begin with the letter E. The Early Starts were quite creative and came up with some interesting E words! We read an excellent story about an enormous elephant to help us brainstorm and we are singing lots of songs all about our letter of the week. We also investigated our “e” bin filled with objects starting with the letter E. The children had the opportunity to practice writing their uppercase and lowercase E’s in their E books and again with their E is for Elmo craft. Keep practicing those letter E’s at home!
