Welcome to CGS Steve

Hello Everyone,

I’m Steve and I’m the new Physical Education teacher at CGS. I’m from Ireland originally, where I completed my undergrad degree in Exercise and Health studies. While studying for my degree, I competed for the Ireland Triathlon team at the ITU World Championships. I recently taught elementary school students in South Korea, where I learned a great deal, but I am very glad to be back in Toronto teaching Physical Education, Health and Wellness and MindUp at CGS.

I’m passionate about helping every child become as active and healthy as possible through fun and experiential learning. I’m looking forward to getting to know all of the staff, students and parents at CGS during the upcoming school year.
