We’ve Got Spirit!

CGS Spirit Week 2025 was a huge success!

Thank you to Tinku, Tony and Erin for spearheading the week’s activities.

Monday was the “Kickoff Party” with everyone gathering in the gym to celebrate CGS and Spark JOY through a warm welcome, icebreakers and a Team Spirit Cheer! Everyone was encouraged to wear their favourite jersey or brightest coloured shirt.

Tuesday was “Career Day” as everyone was encouraged to dress as someone who sparks sparks joy in your future. 

Wacky Wednesday brought out the sillies in everyone as kids were encouraged to show off their wildest pajamas and stuffies. Kids wore their clothes inside out, backward and in any silly way they wanted.

Surprise Thursday was a Dance Party with DJ Tony! This day of free dress lead to a high-energy dance party so we could dance our joy out! The lights, the music, the fun glow-bracelets and knowing we were moments away from March Break made for an incredible afternoon! Thank you to Tinku, Tony and Erin for your planning and implementation of events this week preceding March Break. It was the perfect send off for our students and staff. At CGS, we’ve got SPIRIT!
