The Box of Happiness

Welcome to the Grade 4 Blog! The Grade 4’s have been tasked with providing one story per week for the rest of the school year. The correspondent of the week is in charge of choosing their own topic, providing all the written content and making sure they have the pictures they need to support their story. Once they have their story together, they visit Kelly in the office to post their blog. The Grade 4 Correspondents are very excited about their new responsibilities. We’re looking forward to this new perspective on our CGS Blog! Thank you to Armaan for being third up with a really happy story. Enjoy!

The Happy Box is a decorated box in the Grade 4 classroom where we put notes in about our friends. These notes can be about how good our friends are, for example, ‘You are the best!” or “You are a great friend.” The Happy Box is there to make each of us feel happy, important and loved. When I put a note in The Happy Box I feel nice because I will make someone else feel the same way. At the end of the year, we will take turns pulling out all of the notes to see how our friends feel about us. We love having The Happy Box in our classroom!
